Lars is a founding member of FCF. He works on equity and debt financing as well as merger & acquisition transactions. His responsibilities include process management, industry and company research as well as company valuations.

Lars joined from Viscardi Securities where he gained experience as an Analyst in the technology mergers & acquisitions practice.

Lars graduated with honours from Private Hochschule für Internationales Management, Bad Homburg, with a concentration in international business administration. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree (honours) in Finance from University of North Carolina.
