Claudia joined FCF’s corporate finance team with a focus on equity capital markets.

Prior to joining FCF, Claudia worked for more than seven years in the investment banking division of Berenberg Bank as Head of Equity Capital Markets – Origination. In this position Claudia advised a broad range of German small- and mid cap clients on IPOs, capital increases, secondary placements as well as public takeover bids. During her time at Berenberg Bank, Claudia e.g. worked on the execution of the initial public offerings of Conergy AG, Envitec AG, Aleo Solar AG and KROMI Logistik AG, capital increases for Pfleiderer AG and Silicon Sensors as well as secondary placements in cash.life AG, Washtec AG and Curanum AG shares.

Previous to that Claudia worked for two years for a corporate finance boutique. During that time she advised a number of German listed and not-listed companies in equity-related transactions.

Claudia started her career in various positions in smaller German enterprises in the media and technology sector.

Claudia holds a degree in economics from the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Essen as well as a Bachelor in Economics from Hogeschool Zeeland. Claudia is fluent in German and English
