Verena is FCF Partner Middle East and represents FCF in the MENA region with a special focus on the member of the Gulf Cooperation Coucil.

Verena addresses institutional investors, private equity companies, corporates and high networth individuals (HNIs) with private equity opportunities in FCF’s core markets.  Verena introduces FCF’s European clients to financial and strategic investors from the GCC and offers placement services to GCC funds looking for European investors.
Verena has extensive knowledge of the booming sectors in the GCC countries and a deep understanding of Middle Eastern culture and business mentality.
Verena has 16 years experience in international corporate finance and private equity advisory roles. She was a director of IKB, Germany’s leading bank for mid market clients when she was founding member of the acquisition finance team. Since 2000 she is located in Dubai/U.A.E. where she was Head of Bilateral Investment at the German Industry and Commerce Office and later worked as an independent consultant to German companies seeking private equity and venture capital in the GCC. In January 2008 Verena joined FCF Fox Corporate Finance.

Verena has a masters degree in Economics (Dipl. rer. pol) from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University, Bonn/Germany.
